If you decide to cancel your rental with us prior to the start date and time, you’ll receive 100% of the cost of any options that you’ve chosen. The base price will be refunded on a sliding scale based on when you cancel. For car sharing customers, the time unit is HOURS and for daily rentals the time unit is DAYS. The countdown starts at 5 time units with 100% refund of the base price and ends at the start of your rental with no refund of the base price.
